Recent findings from the Birth Trauma Inquiry 2024 highlight that a significant number of women experience long-term psychological effects from birth trauma, impacting their personal and professional lives. Many women carry the echoes of their birth experiences, feeling them in moments both big and small—whether it’s a pang of anxiety at a baby shower, or a heavy heart when hearing stories of other mothers’ experiences, or friction in your relationships that you just can’t shake.

My Approach

  1. TBR 3 Step Rewind
    A therapeutic approach to safely revisit and release perinatal trauma in three sessions. Available both in-person and online.
  2. Anxiety Toolkit
    A six-session program designed to manage anxiety through mindfulness and other effective techniques, helping you regain control and calm.
  3. Therapy for Physical Birth Injury
    Specialized support for physical and emotional recovery after birth injury, focusing on self-advocacy and regaining confidence.
  4. Support After Baby Loss
    Compassionate space for grieving and coping with anxiety during subsequent pregnancies.
  5. Support During IVF/Fertility Challenges
    Emotional guidance through anxiety, grief, and trauma associated with fertility struggles.

Appointment Information

Sessions are priced at £65. For those experiencing financial difficulties, please apply for funded support (see below).   Recordings of exercises are provided to support practice between sessions.  Sessions are conducted via secure video chat or in person
